On my SLC breakfast tour I’m prioritizing mostly new restaurants, but there are a few spots I’ve visited before that still feel new to the valley and deserve a mention. One of those staples is Beaumont—after grabbing a breakfast burrito there today, I knew it belonged on this list.

I love Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before heading out. I often pick up a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through keeps it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. While I enjoy drive-through burritos from many Mexican spots, I sometimes feel bogged down by grease—especially if I’m about to be active. Beaumont strikes a better balance.

The breakfast burrito at Beaumont is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What really elevates it, though, is the sauce—the creamy tomatillo escabeche dressing adds a bright, tangy richness that ties the whole burrito together. It’s a good reminder that the right sauce can make all the difference.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than just breakfast burritos. Expect well-made coffee, fresh pastries, and standout savory dishes like their burrata salad. The space itself is inviting, with a pleasant patio and thoughtfully designed interior that make it a nice place to linger when you have time.
One small caveat: great food brings crowds. Weekends can be busy, and you’ll often see people gathered outside. If you only need coffee and pastries, the quick grab-and-go or drive-through options are convenient. If you plan to sit down, especially on a weekend, allow for a short wait.
Beaumont consistently delivers fresh, flavorful breakfast options with the convenience outdoor enthusiasts and busy mornings need. It’s a dependable spot I’m glad to include on this breakfast tour.
